Sales Assistant Role – Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our store. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

​

• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers, always delivering excellent service, and finding new ways to enhance the customer experience.

• Flexibility & Adaptability: Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the business.

• Proactive Customer Engagement: Ensuring every customer is greeted and approached, being proactive in meeting their needs, and maintaining awareness of their expectations.

• Stock Management: Effectively managing stock and keeping the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.

• Product Handling: Assisting with stock organization, pricing, tagging, moving, unpacking deliveries, and steaming clothes.

• Team Support: Providing support to the team in all aspects of retail and customer service to ensure a smooth operation.

• Store Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, both on the shop floor and in the stockroom/back of house areas.

• Weekend & Bank Holiday Work: A flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays, ensuring we’re always ready to serve our customers.
